Unfortunately we don't offer refunds due to the limited and handmade nature of our product. But if you're unhappy with your color, we can always have a chat! We want you to enjoy your Tobi as much as we do. Reach out to us at info@tobitowel.com — we'll figure something out together.
Each Tobi is handmade in small batches from carefully selected fabrics. The color you receive is chosen at random — part of the fun! Do you have a strong color preference? No worries, just send us an email after ordering at info@tobitowel.com and we’ll see what we can do.
